The 2020 WAFWA Mid-Winter Meeting will be held at the Monterey Tides Hotel (2600 Sand Dunes Dr, Monterey, California 93940). Overnight accommodations will be available to meeting participants at a discounted group rate of $142/night plus tax (currently at 11.795%), a $2 Monterey County Tourism Improvement District Fee, and a $15 daily hotel fee which includes guestroom Wi-Fi, meeting room Wi-Fi, overnight parking, bottled water and coffee in guestroom, and local calls. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.

To make a reservation for the 2020 WAFWA Mid-Winter Meeting, call the Monterey Tides at 831-394-3321, extension 506 and request a room in the Western Association of Fish & Wildlife Agencies (WAFWA) group block. Reservations must be made by December 19, 2019.

The 2019 WAFWA Mid-Winter Meeting was held at the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass (3800 West Starr Pass Boulevard, Tucson, Arizona 85745). Overnight accommodations were available to meeting participants at a discounted group rate of $119/night, plus tax.
