Attendee Registration is now open.  Registration pricing and options are below.   

  • Full Conference Registration: includes light breakfast buffet Saturday through Tuesday, Dinner on Sunday, Awards Dinner on Monday, Lunch on Saturday and Sunday and entry into all sessions and the hospitality suite.  Trips are an additional fee (see pricing below).  $550; $575 Walk-in Rate
     
  • One Day Only Conference Registration: $225
     
  • Guest Full Registration:  includes light breakfast buffet Saturday through Tuesday, Dinner on Sunday, Awards Dinner on Monday.  Does not include Lunch.  Trips are an additional fee (see pricing below)
    • Adult / Child over 12: $265
    • Child 6-12: $125
       
  • Guest a la carte tickets for evening events:  (these options are for guests without Guest Full Registration) 
    • Sunday Welcome Reception/Dinner - Adult and Child over 12 (included in full conference and full guest registration): $60
    • Sunday Welcome Reception/Dinner - Child age 6-12: $25
    • Monday Awards Dinner - Adult and Child over 12 (included in full conference and full guest registration): $60
    • Monday Awards Dinner - Child age 6-12: $30
       
  • Optional field trips (additional fees apply):  Guest Tour Options 
    • Tour 1:  Herber Valley Scenic Railroad - Saturday, July 11, 10:00am - 2:30pm; Fee: $50/adult
    • Tour 2:  Weber River Rafting -  Monday, July 13, 8:45am - 2:00pm; Fee: $95/adult

Registration for the 2020 Summer Meeting is now open.  Fill out a registration form or register online.

Payment Note:

Meeting attendees MUST pay in full for their registration fee BEFORE the meeting begins.

2020 Summer Meeting Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your registration, registration fees are refundable less a $50 administrative fee by July 5, 2020. After July 5, no refunds will be issued, but substitutions are allowed.
