WAFWA 2019 Annual Conference

Attendee registration will open mid-March. Pricing and options are below. Register early and save! 

  • Full conference registration includes light breakfast buffet Saturday through Tuesday, Welcome Reception/Dinner on Sunday, Awards Dinner on Monday, two lunches, and entry into all sessions and the hospitality suite. Trips are an additional fee. $525 by May 15; $550 by July 5; $575 after July 5
  • One day only conference registration includes events listed above in full conference registration that are held on the day you pay to attend. $225
  • Guest registration package includes light breakfast buffet Saturday through Tuesday, Welcome Reception/Dinner on Sunday, and Awards Dinner on Monday. Trips are an additional fee. All children over 6 years olf must have a ticket for the evening events. Children under 6 are free. 
    • Adult / Child over 12: $250
    • Child 6-12: $125
    • Child under 6: Free 
  • Guest tickets for evening events a la carte are for Sunday dinner and for Monday dinner. 
    • Sunday Welcome Reception/Dinner - Adult and Child over 12 (included in full conference and full guest registration): $55
    • Sunday Welcome Reception/Dinner - Child age 6-12: $25
    • Monday Awards Dinner - Adult and Child over 12 (included in full conference and full guest registration): $60
    • Monday Awards Dinner - Child age 6-12: $30

Payment Note

Meeting attendees MUST pay in full for their registration fee BEFORE the meeting begins.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your registration, registration fees are refundable less a $50 administrative fee by July 5, 2019. After July 5, no refunds will be issued, but substitutions are allowed.
